Aircraft Refueler ATZ-25

ATZ-25 is designed for transportation of aviation fuel and aircraft refueling with filtered aviation fuel of grade T-1, TC-1, PT according to Gost 10227 both in pure form and mixed with anti-cristallization liquids. 

Operating temperature - from -40° C up to + 40° C.Relative air humidity - up to 95%.

ATZ implements the following principal operations:

  • fuel transportation to aircraft refueling sites;
  • lower filing under pressure through one or two hoses;
  • upper filing without pressure through a fueling nose unit;
  • own tank filing from the lower side by an exterior pump;
  • fuel stirring in the tank;
  • adjustment of refueling conditions;
  • filtration, dehydration and measuring of delivered fuel.

ATZ tank train version consists of:

  • tractive unit as transporting and power base equipped with a special truck bolster and power takeoff to hydraulic drive of fuel pump and hose reels;
  • tank semitrailer of bearing structure, installed on single-axle truck;
  • pumping and filtration module, mounted in special control compartment at the rear end of semitrailer.

ATZ tecnological equipment includes the following aggregates and systems:

  • tank;
  • pump;
  • hydraulic drive of fuel pump and hose reels;
  • volumeters:
  • delivery hoses;
  • aircraft lower filling nozzles;
  • fueling nose unit for upper aicraft filling;
  • locking and regulating fittings;
  • technological pipeline system;
  • command and measuring complex and refueling process controls;
  • pneumatic equipment system;
  • eathing and static electricity removing system;
  • fire-fighting system;
  • electric equipment system;
  • aviation fuel sampling system.

 For the purpose of maximum reduction in value, and to decrease operational costs, the refueler has been manufactured with the use of Russian made components.

At the same time the following imported components:

J "INLINE" pressure control system of "Alfons Haar" company;

J axle aggregate made by the German company BPW.

It is possible to produce the refueler in a different kitting-up according to agreement with the customer.
